REFUND POLICY

Membership
AAPSP member resources incorporate proprietary information specifically researched and developed by AAPSP for its members. Because AAPSP members are granted access to all uniquely created reports in addition to the online member resources, once membership is established, refunds for membership are not available.

Certification Program
AAPSP offers the only nationally-recognized pharmaceutical sales training specifically designed and developed by pharmaceutical professionals and exclusively developed for pharmaceutical sales. The AAPSP Pharmaceutical Sales Professional Training Program is guaranteed to provide the most comprehensive, up-to-date, proprietary certification program available for pharmaceutical sales with respect to critical knowledge*. If you disagree, return your training manual within 30 days for a refund.

*Critical knowledge applies to information contained in Unit 1 only. AAPSP defines critical knowledge as information related to the pharmaceutical market, leading U.S. companies/drugs/diagnoses, pharmaceutical supply/distribution, drug patents, generic drugs, managed care, FDA, pharmaceutical sales, and sampling. Training manual returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by an AAPSP official return form. Contact AAPSP to request a return form.
